Ducati Parts and Service Advisor

About the Role:
As a Parts and Service Advisor, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team that covers both of the Three10 Automotive and Ducati Brands, working with both a range of models of cars and prestige motorcycles. You will work across the two sides of the business - for both Three10 customers and Ducati retail and internal customers. This will be a " hands - on" role both in terms of front of house/parts and customer handling - as well as looking for ways to drive the business forward to meet and exceed goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

· Delivering upon the Service Core Process and Vindis Aftersales Experience as per the training, guidance and expectations given.
· Demonstrating alignment with, and engagement in, a robust customer communication strategy.
· Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner.
· Ensuring accurate perpetual stock takes are undertaken.
· Developing effective working relationships with the Workshop Team and ensure that the ‘flow’ of information from the initial front-of-house experience is timely, accurate, clear and consultative.
· Being integral in contributing to the delivery of a quality culture that is focused upon first time fixes.
· Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area.

Essential

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships
· Experience within a customer facing role, and the desire to consistently achieve individual and team targets
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines, along with good attention to detail
· Working knowledge of Parts & Service in the automotive industry
· Full UK driving licence

Desirable

· Previous experience in a similar role, within the automotive industry
· Motorcycle licence
