BARE International is a global leader in field force support and customer experience & market research. We were born from the need for mystery customer research at a national and global level. Today, after nearly 40 years, we set the industry standard as the largest independent provider of customer experience research, data, and analytics for companies worldwide.
We’re looking for experienced bikers and motorcycle enthusiasts across the UK to visit a selection of predefined franchised motorcycle dealerships and assess the customer experience on behalf of our Client. The program measures how effectively dealerships deliver a premium motorcycle-buying experience. Evaluators assess showroom presentation, sales process quality, customer engagement, product demonstrations, test ride management, offer preparation, and follow-up activity. Special attention is given to premium-format dealerships, where elevated brand experience and lifestyle-focused selling are expected.
As Evaluators you will act as prospective motorcycle buyers and assess the complete customer experience, including online research, dealership interaction, test ride (where applicable), proposal quality, and post-visit follow-up. You will visit an assigned dealership, experience the customer journey, and provide a detailed, objective review and feedback based on the guidelines and questionnaire we will provide in advance.
Two types of dealership formats will be evaluated:
- Premium dealerships with enhanced showroom standards and customer experience.
- Standard dealerships with regular sales and service operations.
If you are an experienced motorcycle rider and love motorcycling this could be the job for you. A unique opportunity to combine your passion for motorcycles with test riding many of the latest models and having an opportunity to help shape the customer experience, on the phone, online and in person - all whilst getting paid!
You should:
Be at least 24 years old.
Be able to demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for motorcycling.
Possess a valid motorcycle licence (minimum A2 category).
Have previous riding experience and a good knowledge of motorcycles generally.
Have your own personal riding gear, including helmet.
Possess good communication and observation skills.
Be able to provide clear, objective feedback.
Be willing and available to travel to assigned dealerships.
Compensation will be scenario-based, with different rates depending on whether the assignment includes a test ride or a dealership visit without a test ride. Full payment details will be provided upon application.
