As we continue to develop and strengthen our presence in the UK market, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Field After Sales person to join our team.
Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional with experience in 2-wheel after sales operations to play a key role in developing the service network in the UK market.
A Technical knowledge of the Motorcycle industry is required along with an understanding of all brands held would be an advantage. The role is to support the brand values by providing technical and aftersales support to the Dealers through dealer visits and distance management. The role would ideally suit an individual currently working as a Technician or Service Manager in a dealer, looking to take that next step with an OEM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support technical staff within the dealership
• Delivering new technologies within the product range
• Assisting dealers as requested or required on Technical or systems queries
• Management of Aftersales issues arising from both Customer Services and the Dealer
• Managing Brand KPIs with specific focus on Aftersales metrics

• Understanding of technical, mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic principles.
• Professional personal presentation and manner

• Self-motivated and dynamic in your approach to business, with the ability to work under your own initiative
• Computer literate
• UK driving licence required (motorcycle licence a plus).
