Motorcycle Master Technician

Destination Motorcycles is growing. We are currently recruiting for a Motorcycle Master Technician to join our Christchurch supersite in Dorset, supporting both our established workshop team and the launch of our brand-new MOT Centre.

Birchwood Group is a large, privately owned, people-first business representing sixteen motor brands across Sussex, Hampshire and Dorset. Destination Motorcycles includes Triumph, KTM, Husqvarna, GASGAS, Destination Approved Used, All-Makes Servicing and Motorcycle Rental.

You will join a modern, air-conditioned workshop using current diagnostic equipment, with a team that values high standards, positive attitudes and genuine enthusiasm for customers and motorcycles.

Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
-Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults.
-Lead technical investigations and support warranty cases.
-Carry out advanced diagnostics, repairs and engine work.
-Provide technical support and mentoring to Technicians and Apprentices.
-Maintain manufacturer standards across all workshop operations.
-Work closely with the management and aftersales teams to maximise customer satisfaction.

Salary: £36,000-£38,000 basic depending on experience - £3,600 bonus potential

Ideal Candidate

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
-Recognised Master Technician qualifications or equivalent experience.
-Advanced diagnostic and fault-finding expertise.
-Ability to mentor and support Technicians and Apprentices.
-Experience handling complex technical and warranty-related cases.

Essential

Full motorcycle licence is essential for all roles.

Desirable

Full driving licence (car).
