Motorcycle Afterales, Service & Parts Advisor

The KTM Centre has been a premier KTM dealer in Hemel Hempstead for nearly 20 years, now also with the addition of Royal Enfield to our very exciting lineup.

We have an excellent opportunity available for a dynamic individual to join our Aftersales team at our very busy dealership.
The successful candidate's daily duties will be booking service work, liaising with our technicians for parts requirements, keeping customers updated while work is being carried out, as well as selling/ordering parts over the counter, phone and on-line.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate must be extremely reliable, self motivated, a good team player and able to work under pressure in a very busy environment while maintaining a professional friendly service to all our valued customers.

Essential

• A good knowledge of motorcycles and motorcycle parts.
• Have excellent customer facing skills and phone manner.
• Good time keeping.
• Be flexible and have a good sense of humour.

Desirable

• Previous experience within our industry is preferred but by no means essential.
• Proficient IT skills and previous experience with Platinum DMS.
• Full motorcycle licence (clean).
