Yamaha Motorcycle Parts Advisor

CMC Motorcycles has been established for over 50 years and we are one of the largest motorcycle dealer groups in the UK. We are looking for a Parts Adviser to work alongside our highly skilled and experienced parts person here at CMC Motorcycles South Wales.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone already with experience in the motorcycle/motor trade or someone with a passion for motorcycles looking to get in to the trade. We offer a wide range of new and used motorcycles, and take great pride in being able to offer a first-class experience for their customers.

Working as part of a busy team, you will be based on our parts counter where your responsibilities will include advising and meeting customers requests. You will work closely alongside our parts person and service department keeping them informed of parts pricing and availability at all times to maximise customer experience and workflow through our busy service department

The successful Candidate would ideally possess previous experience of working within a parts adviser role in the motorcycle/motor trade. You will require strong customer service skills & the ability to work without supervision, as well as being able to prioritise and multitask. This can be a busy role but also very rewarding.
You should be able demonstrate the ability to build rapport with all types of customers and be confident in negotiating and influencing situations.

Benefits

Remuneration/Benefits Basic Salary of £28,900 to £29,700 depending on experience with on target earnings of up to £35000.
