Motorcycle Service Manager

CMC Motorcycles has been established for over 50 years and we are now one of the largest motorcycle dealer groups in the UK.
Do you have experience of being a Service Manager, maybe currently working in the motorcycle trade or indeed the car trade but are mad about bikes and looking for a new challenge in your career?
CMC Thunder Road is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our busy motorcycle workshop.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the workshop team and daily workflow.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency and workshop performance.
- Maintain manufacturer standards and compliance.
- Support and develop workshop staff.

Essential

- Previous experience in a Service Manager or Workshop Manager role.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Experience within the motorcycle or automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
