We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Clothing & Accessories Specialist to join our vibrant team at CMC Thunder Road. As part of one of the UK’s largest motorcycle dealer groups, you’ll be the face of our extensive retail department, helping riders stay safe and look great with the market’s leading apparel and helmet brands.

What We’re Looking For:
We value a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail. While experience in retail or the motorcycle industry is a plus, we are primarily looking for someone with the right mindset and a passion for delivering world-class customer service.

Your Responsibilities:
- Customer Guidance: Provide expert advice on the fitment and suitability of helmets, leathers, textiles, and accessories.
- Sales Excellence: Manage enquiries and meet performance targets set by the Department Manager.
- Showroom Standards: Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to ensure the clothing department is inviting and easy to navigate.
- Stock Management: Assist with deliveries, pricing, and ensuring stock levels are accurate.
- Relationship Building: Deliver outstanding service to encourage repeat business and foster the CMC community spirit.

Essential

- Strong Communication: Ability to engage with customers and explain technical features of gear (protection levels, materials, etc.).
- Customer-First Approach: A polite, outgoing nature that makes every visitor feel welcome.
- Organised & Proactive: Confident with computer systems, stock management, and administrative tasks.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within the wider dealership team.

Desirable

- Previous experience in retail, specifically within clothing or protective equipment.
- An interest in motorcycles or the lifestyle associated with riding.
- Merchandising skills to keep the department looking its best.
