Lead Motorcycle Technician – The Mansell Collection, Channel Islands

The Mansell Collection is the Channel Islands’ largest motorcycle dealership, representing some of the world’s most prestigious manufacturers, including BMW Motorrad, Ducati, Triumph, MV Agusta, KTM, Husqvarna, and Kawasaki.

We are seeking a Lead Technician to head our workshop team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and professional dealership with a strong motorsport heritage and a reputation for excellence.

Ideal Candidate

As Lead Technician, you will play a key role in overseeing workshop operations, maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, and supporting the development of our technical team. Working with some of the industry’s leading motorcycle brands, you’ll have access to the latest technology, training, and manufacturer support.

Essential

Full motorcycle licence.
Experience working within a franchised motorcycle dealership or main brand environment.
Proven technical expertise in motorcycle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs.
Willingness to relocate to the Channel Islands

Desirable

Previous workshop leadership or senior technician experience preferred.
