We’re looking for a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join our team, working on premium BMW Motorrad machines. You’ll be responsible for servicing, diagnostics, and repairs—delivering precision work that keeps every bike performing at its best.

This is a Monday–Friday role (40 hours), with no weekend working, giving you the time to actually enjoy the ride outside of work.

You’ll be:

Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
Diagnosing faults and resolving issues efficiently
Completing work within allocated timeframes
Identifying preventative maintenance opportunities
Providing clear feedback on vehicle condition and future requirements

| Service Technician (Non Brand / ATA) | £30,000 | | £8,000 | £38,000
| ATA Technician | | £32,600 | | £8,200 | £40,800
| Senior Technician | | £34,300 | | £8,600 | £42,900
| Master Technician | | £42,300 | | £2,600 | £44,900

Essential

Full motorcycle license
Proven experience in motorcycle servicing, maintenance, and repair
Relevant qualifications (Apprenticeship, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Good attention to detail and time management
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Desirable

Experience working with premium or performance motorcycle brands
ATA accreditation or manufacturer training
Advanced diagnostic experience
A proactive approach to identifying preventative maintenance opportunities
