After 4 years of leading our awesome Birmingham store, our day one store manager is finally leaving us (it’s ok, we’ve forgiven him). In short, big shoes, big opportunity. Are you up for the challenge?.

Someone who likes bikes! (always helpful)
An experienced leader who hasn’t swallowed a management manual
Failing that, someone with serious experience who’s ready to step up
A person who both enjoys and is good at talking to people
Someone who’s willing to get stuck in
An all-round good egg with a bit of personality

A no-pressure, no hard sell environment
The customer must come first, always
Bikes are fun, so shopping for kit should be too, surely?

What we don’t believe in…
Hard selling (keen people will have noticed this is on both lists, it’s that important!)
Targets (the keen types will also notice the OTE below - we’ll explain later!)
Corporate buzz words like ‘deep dive’ or ‘game changer’

A guaranteed 45hrs per week
5 days a week, including every other weekend
Working hours of Mon to Fri 9 to 6, Sat 9 to 5, Sun 10 to 4
OTE including a guaranteed share of the team commission, circa 40k pa
