Kawasaki Motors UK are the UK branch office of Kawasaki Motors Europe.
From our Bourne End offices we manage the sales, marketing and support for Kawasaki motorcycles, ATV, SxS and Jet Ski products.
Working within the Marketing & Customer Experience Department, the primary function of the role is the coordination of Marketing and Event initiatives. The role will be solely responsible for the coordination of Club Kawasaki for KMUK together with a supporting role across all marketing and event activity. To fulfil the role, support and coordination of dealer and member communication, events, website and media channel maintenance will be required.
Main Tasks:
Marketing and Events
- Leading role in KMUK shows & events coordination and part of the organisation and management team.
- Administration of team ahead of events.
- Kawasaki Experience Tour coordination.
Club Kawasaki
- Control, Coordination and Maintenance of the Club Kawasaki website, marketing channels and support systems.
- Administration of membership applications and member database.
- Liaison with Club Ambassadors and dealers.
- Management of all Club events and Club Magazine.
Kawasaki Systems
- Control, coordination and maintenance of the Kawasaki systems, websites, marketing channels and support systems.
- Dealer support on the daily running of all Kawasaki inhouse bespoke systems.
Accountability/Responsibilities:
- Monthly reporting on key Club measures.
- Monitoring and updating of the Club Kawasaki media channels - website, Forum and Social Media.
- Fulfillment of membership packs.
- Ensuring agreed levels of activation for complementary membership and monitor renewal activity.
- Regular monitoring of Kawasaki Systems.
- Regular Dealer contact and support.
- Support to marketing activity and events.
- Operate strictly in-line with the financial budgets set.
- Administration and event management of KMUK shows and events.
- Club Magazine.
- Dealer Events administration.
The role is primarily office based, with the option for hybrid working (4 days in office and 1 day from home) which is subject to approval from the UK Sales & Marketing Manager. There is also a requirement to attend Club Kawasaki weekend events, in addition to occasional Kawasaki Motors UK events that fall outside of the Club Kawasaki programme.
You must live within a 45-60 minute commute of Bourne End in order to be considered for this role.
- Understanding and knowledge of the motorcycle market / trade, preferable, but not essential.
- Sound and proven administrative skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Basic level of understanding in digital media and event organisation.
- Understanding and experience of website CMS.
- Understanding and experience of social media.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including some weekend work on an as required basis.
