We are looking for a motivated, dynamic and experienced individual to develop our motorcycle and moped sales across the UK & Ireland. This opportunity will ideally suit someone who is already operating at this level and who is looking for a fresh challenge in their career with a progressive, forward-thinking and growing company. However, we would also welcome applications from candidates who are currently operating at the level of “middle management” and are looking to make the next step to “senior management” for their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- For B2B, customer development and maintain/service in UK markets. Target customers are specifically in delivery businesses, platforms & riders.
- For B2C, dealer development and build network directly to increase sales units and to increase registered vehicle sales to end users.
- Execute sales plans to achieve sales targets for the company’s electric 2-wheel vehicle products (electric mopeds, electric motorcycles and battery swapping/charging stations) and partner with distributors/customers to deeply understand and satisfy their business needs and requirements.
- Monitor customer, competitor activity and collect market data, and provide feedback to the management team.
- Assist international sales team on required advertising, marketing activities, launches and exhibitions for the electric 2-wheel vehicle products.
- Manage health, safety and environment matters with staff and councils.
- Manage monthly financial accounts preparation and attend to legal matters, if any.

- Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in electric moped/motorcycle industry and involve B2B customers development or dealers development directly.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to work independently and consistently grow the UK operations and deliver results.
- Based in Maidenhead, UK and regular travel will be required to communicate and support distributors/customers in UK & Ireland.
