Working at KTM UK's HQ in Silverstone in our modern workshop facility you will be responsible for managing the motorcycle Press Fleet ensuring street and off road bikes are maintained and presented to an exceptional standard and provide support in the preparation and execution of marketing activities and events.

Fleet Management

• Maintenance and servicing of press, demo and display motorcycle fleet to the highest professional standard.
• Build, PDI, Service and road test motorcycles.
• Motorcycle preparation and cleaning.
• Manage workshop workload ensuring efficient delivery of requests.
• Responsible for the presentation and maintenance of workshop.
• Ordering all spares for workshop use.
• Ordering all additional requirements (oils, cloths, consumables etc).
• Handover and presentation of motorcycles to press and the wider media group.
• Complete motorcycle Maintenance records and all relevant documents

Marketing Activity and Event Support

• Provide support for preparation, set-up and breakdown of events, press launches and media tests.
• Provide technical support where required - events/shows/launches.
• Provide technical and product support for consumers at events.
• Event attendance representing and promoting all brands.

Warehouse and Logistics
• Ensure all event equipment and motorcycles are stored properly and maintain tidy standards within the warehouse.
• Logistics support, driving vehicles to deliver motorcycles and equipment to media and events.
You may on occasions be required to work additional hours / days (e.g. shows, exhibitions and dealer events) or complete other duties as reasonably required.

Ideal Candidate

The Ideal Candidate will be a Motorcycle Technician with several years experience delivering exceptional standards of work. They will be looking for diversity in their role and future career progression. Able to work on their own initiative and comfortable communicating with press and customers.

Essential

Full Car and Motorcycle licence minimum 1 year Experience
You must be in commutable distance to Silverstone
You must be prepared to work and stay away from home to attend events

Desirable

HGV Class 2 licence
