DUCATI Motorcycle Technician

About the Role

As a Ducati Motorcycle Technician, you will be responsible for:
• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on Ducati motorcycles to manufacturer standards.
• Performing diagnostic work, fault-finding and ensuring accurate documentation of all jobs.
• Completing PDI inspections, warranty work and performance tuning where required.
• Working to high levels of safety, accuracy and efficiency at all times.
• Providing excellent service and support to our customers and contributing positively to the workshop team.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:
• Has proven experience as a Motorcycle Technician, ideally with Ducati training or previous Ducati experience (not essential but an advantage).
• Holds a relevant motorcycle engineering qualification (IMI/City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Has strong diagnostic skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Works well as part of a team and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Is passionate about motorcycles and committed to continuous learning and development.
• Holds a MOT tester licence is desirable but not essential
