We are always on the lookout for highly talented motorcycle instructors or highly talented individuals who aspire to become motorcycle instructors. Full-time work is currently available.

The successful candidates will be trained to become fully qualified motorcycle instructors. All training days will be spread by mutual agreement.
After the training, the candidate will have to pass two (2) tests by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency, before being allowed to work by the DVSA.

Our motorcycle instructor training course and materials cost £6,000. It will be given for FREE to the selected candidates, as long as the successful candidate commits to work for the Company for a minimum period of eighteen (18) calendar months on a flexible full-time (a minimum of 4 days a week) basis.

All working dates will be by mutual agreement. After obtaining the Motorcycle Instructor Qualifications from the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency, the successful candidates will become part of our successful team of motorcycle instructors and earn up to £220 per day as a motorcycle instructor.

Ideal Candidate

• Holds a full UK or EU unrestricted motorcycle licence for at least 3 years, with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Has the legal right to work in the UK.
• Speaks fluent English; fluency in Arabic, Hindi and/or other languages is highly desirable.
• Brings a positive, patient, and supportive attitude towards learners from all backgrounds.
• Is genuinely passionate about road safety, rider development, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Has previous teaching, training, mentoring or coaching experience (highly desirable, though not essential).
• Can confidently commit to working in all weather conditions, including rain, cold and heat.
• Is available to work some weekends when required.
• Lives within 30 miles of Croydon (CR0 4WT) and is also willing to work at our Edgware, Alperton, or Eltham centres (HA8 6AG, HA0 4LR or SE3 8NB).
• Shows strong professionalism, reliability, and the drive to become a fully qualified motorcycle instructor.

Essential

You must have:

• A full UK or EU unrestricted motorcycle licence held for more than 3 years with no more than 3 points.
• The right to work in the United Kingdom
• Fluent English
• Commitment to work some Saturdays and Sundays
• Live within 30 miles of Croydon, South London base (CR0 4WT)
• Availability to also work in our Edgware, Alperton or Eltham bases (HA8 6AG, HA0 4LR or SE3 8NB)
• A good approach towards people from all nationalities / ethnic groups
• A positive approach towards learner riders, and the desire to teach people to ride safely on the roads
• Commitment to work under various weather conditions (rain, cold, and hot days)

Desirable

• Fluency in languages other than English
• Teaching, training or coaching experience
