Marketing Executive

As a result of our expanding business, we have established a new position within the marketing department. This executive role will aid the wider marketing and broader creative team. It carries a particular emphasis on managing social media, press relations, and coordinating events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating great social media content for a range of platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, ensuring it is high quality, relevant and engaging.
- Support the marketing manager with day-to-day content planning, creation, scheduling and monitoring.
- Assist the team with events, build up and break down of events. During these events, you’ll be the face of Oxford. These will be a mixture of on and off-site.
- Provide internal communication on all positive ‘Oxford’ stories.
- Liaise with press, influencers, and ambassadors. Provide correct products and information.
- Assist with our in-house content team on photo and video shoots.
- Create monthly reports summarising marketing activities concluded and on-going.
The ideal candidate will have the following (non-essential, but desired):
- Relevant degree or experience within a marketing role.
- A self-sufficient, motivated, and proactive approach to work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A full clean driving license.
- A love of motorbikes and/or Bicycle.
- Ability/experience creating social media content – video, shorts, reels and photos.
You may be required to travel within the UK to assist with photoshoots and events. We also attend many shows and events outside of the UK, which you may be required to attend. Flexibility and willingness to travel, therefore, is an essential part of this role. In some instances, shows, events and photoshoots may require you to work outside of your standard contracted hours; however, this time will be accounted for and remunerated appropriately.
