We’re looking for a 2-Wheel Dealer Manager to support and strengthen CFMOTO’s UK motorcycle dealer network.
This role is focused on building solid relationships, helping our dealers deliver great customer experiences, and consolidating the current network for long-term success. You’ll work closely with dealers and the office team to ensure the customer is well-supported from showroom to aftersales.
Core Responsibilities
• Support and develop existing 2-wheel dealers across the UK
• Deliver consistent communication, training, and follow-up
• Work closely with dealers and the office team to ensure high levels of customer experience and operational consistency
• Monitor retail performance and stock levels to spot trends and opportunities
• Assist with marketing initiatives, demo programmes and local events
• Ensure all dealer activity is aligned with CFMOTO brand standards and customer expectations
What We’re Looking For
• Background in motorcycle or powersports dealer management or support
• Confident relationship builder with a practical, solutions-focused approach
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable with regular UK-wide travel - including multiple nights away from home every week
• Knowledge of the UK motorcycle market, dealer landscape, and customer expectations

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Field sales: 1 year minimum
2 wheel sales: 1 year minimum
Licence/Certification: full UK Driving Licence (required)
Willingness to travel: 100%

• Experience in dealer network consolidation or change management
• Field based experience
• Familiarity with retail systems, CRM or dealer support tools
• Technical understanding of motorcycles is a plus, but not essential
