As we continue to develop and strengthen our presence in the UK market, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team.
Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional with experience in 2-wheel retailer management to play a key role in managing the sales and developing the business within the assigned Region.
You will be responsible for managing your Retailer’s performance with special regard to the implementation of the commercial program and for assessing new Retailer’s prospects, ensuring alignment with brand standards and commercial objectives. This is a field-based role which requires significant travel in the Region, along with monthly meeting at our Head Office in Orpington, Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing dealers, acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
• Ensure brand standards are met or exceeded across the region in terms of facilities, customer experience, and retail execution.
• Roll out the commercial program supervising the business main kpi’s with special attention to level of stock and sales plan execution
• Control the credit line in place to make sure that the operational standard’s are adequate to support correct stock rotation
• Identify and evaluate potential new dealers across the region for Vespa, Piaggio, Aprilia, and Moto Guzzi, ensuring strategic coverage and growth opportunities.
• Work in close collaboration with Network Development department to support the onboarding process from initial contact to full operational setup, including sales training coordination and sales plan roll out.

• Ideally located within the territory - Southern UK.
• Proven experience in on field regional management or automotive regional management. Two-wheel industry experience preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, whilst also collaborating with the wider team.
• Familiarity with retail standards, business development, and sales planning.
• A passion for the motorcycling and scooter industry is advantageous.
• Competent in the use Excel and other Microsoft applications.
• Full UK driving licence required (motorcycle licence a plus).
