This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and qualified motorcycle technician to work on a wide variety of vehicles including Yamaha motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other makes and models. You'll be part of a friendly, professional team with access to manufacturer training and ongoing development.
You’ll be expected to maintain high standards of workmanship, interact professionally with customers, and contribute to the overall success of the aftersales department.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on Yamaha motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and a range of other brands.
Carry out vehicle health checks and ensure accurate documentation on job cards.
Use manufacturer systems for diagnostics, service bulletins, and warranty procedures.
Provide technical support and clear communication to customers when required.
Ensure your working area is clean, safe, and well-organised at all times.
Achieve workshop efficiency targets and contribute to team goals.
Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in motorcycle or vehicle maintenance.
Proven experience working as a Motorcycle Technician (main dealer experience is a plus).
Confident in diagnostics, fault finding, and repair work.
Familiarity with Yamaha systems and tools is preferred but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Friendly, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
A genuine passion for motorcycles and powersports.
Full motorcycle licence required.
Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in motorcycle or vehicle maintenance.
Proven experience working as a Motorcycle Technician (main dealer experience is a plus).
