Retail Store Manager

We need a Retail Store Manager who can lead our awesome Preston team to greatness!

What we’d love to see…

- Someone who likes bikes! (always helpful).
- An experienced leader who hasn’t swallowed a management manual.
- Failing that, someone with serious experience who’s ready to step up.
- A person who both enjoys and is good at talking to people (sounds obvious right?).
- Someone who’s willing to get stuck in.
- An all-round good egg with a bit of personality.

What we believe in…

- The customer must come first, always.
- A no-pressure, no hard sell environment.
- Bikes are fun, so shopping for kit should be too, surely?

What we don’t believe in…

- Targets.
- Hard selling (keen people will have noticed this is on both lists, it’s that important!).
- Corporate buzz words like ‘deep dive’ or ‘game changer’.

The hours:

Guaranteed 45 hrs per week, 5 days a week, including some weekends, but not every weekend.
Mon to Fri 9 to 6
Sat 9 to 5
Sun 10 to 4

The package:

- An industry leading base salary based on a guaranteed 45hrs per week.
- OTE including a guaranteed share of the team commission, circa 35k to £38k PA.
- Seriously good staff discount.
