Join our team at Jim Allan Motorcycles as a Motorcycle Parts Advisor at our Falkirk shop!

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with their enquiries through retail counter sales, telephone, email, and web enquiries. While collaborating with the parts team to fulfil customer orders efficiently.

- Advise customers on specific parts/accessories they need, ensuring they get the best solutions for their requirements.

- Check stock levels and order additional stock as needed to maintain optimal inventory.

- Assist in listing parts online to reach a broader customer base.

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should display the following qualities and skills:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
- Experience with technology and openness to learn new systems.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work within set timeframes.

Essential

We would expect candidates to have some experience working with customers/clients in a service based role.
It is essential that candidates have a passion for motorcycles and a good understanding of motorcycle parts.

Desirable

Candidates with previous experience as a parts advisor or aftersales advisor will be the most desirable.
Experience working with dedicated logistical Dealer Management Systems (DMS) in parts departments.
