We are looking for the best; an exceptional individual who can demonstrate delivery of outstanding performance. Someone who can develop sales and marketing plans and budgets to achieve agreed financial, marketing and sales targets including new motorcycles, merchandising, accessories, used motorcycles, finance, overheads and all related items.
Main Responsibilities:
- To identify and establish marketing and promotional opportunities for the business
- To complete manufacturer and group reports / correspondence within given deadlines
- To establish a high level & professional approach to manufacturer & supplier relationships
- To organise, direct and control the activities of sales staff and administrative support to achieve plans and budgets, ensuring optimum use of all material, financial and personnel resources.
- Responsible for overseeing the aftersales department, particularly becoming involved in customer and staff related issues to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- To promote and nurture a customer care culture delivering care levels consistent with the expectations of the manufacturer.
- To lead by example.

Be an excellent motivator, capable of leading, developing and coaching a team.
Be highly organised to ensure that all company and manufacturer disciplines, procedures and reporting analysis are strictly adhered to.
Have a strong understanding of database management and be able to realise its potential to market and drive the business forwards.
Have good mechanical knowledge of motorcycles and parts.
Be able to provide outstanding levels of customer service.
Have excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills.
Have good attention to detail.
Be flexible and possess a good sense of humour.
Be able to comply with all company and manufacturer disciplines and procedures.
You must be motivated by job satisfaction and the desire to achieve outstanding results. You must be able to generate a strong and enthusiastic team spirit and encourage total commitment to produce high performance from your team across the entire business.
You must have a proven successful track record at management level, preferably in a motorcycle business or within the automotive sector but with a passion and knowledge of motorcycles and the motorcycle market.
A full motorcycle licence.
