A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Sales to join our experienced team at LIND Triumph North London and Ducati North London, at our shared site in Watford.

This role will ideally suit someone with a passion for motorcycles. The successful candidate will be have an established career in sales, preferably in the motorcycle industry as a Sales Manager looking for the next challenge in their career, they will have the benefit of learning from our already highly successful and friendly team.

We are looking for someone who’ll want to get fully involved with dealership events and rides, both on and off site. We live and breathe Triumph and Ducati, to us this is far more than just a place of work!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Achieving profit and volume targets
• Maintaining above national average for our Customer Experience Programme and Mystery Shops
• Create an experiential showroom environment for customers
• Managing all enquiries by use of the Dealer Management Systems
• Ensuring Showroom presentation is second to none
• Effectively manage the growth of New & Used Motorcycle sales
• Provide clear leadership, motivating and managing the sales team effectively
• Assist the Head of Business to create a business plan to ensure business objectives are met, profit margins are increased, and market penetration is expanded

Please note that this role has an uncapped commission-based structure, with a realistic achievable OTE of £56,000 + per annum.

Essential

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a Full UK Motorcycle Licence
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets within the motor industry
• Have a desire to be close to our Customers (we ride too, and we regularly attend events, social meetings and rallies)
• Be focussed on achieving goals
• Must have good communication skills, both oral and written
• Problem solving and decision making
• Financial analysis
• Excellent leadership skills are imperative as are interpersonal and relationship building
