Workshop Assistant and Van Driver

Looking to start in the motorcycle trade? This could be the ideal job for you!

Due to retirement, we are looking for a Workshop Assistant to join our family-owned motorcycle workshop. In our busy workshop your duties will include motorcycle collections and deliveries, cleaning bikes and preparing machines, assisting mechanics when required with future job training and progression possible.

The successful candidate must be a competent van driver able to load and deliver customer machines with a smile and with basic technical knowledge todo a hand over. You must be happy to work alongside a team and have a can do attitude as no two days will be the same.

Ideal Candidate

You must have a passion for motorcycling and all aspects of two wheels. The ideal candidate will have a full car / motorcycle licence and be able to drive a van with trailer training available. Some mechanical knowledge is advantageous but not essential.

Essential

Van driving experience is essential and the ability to safely load motorcycles an advantage but on the job training can be provided.

You must be a self-starter with a flexible can do attitude, have a good attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team.
