We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Motorcycle Sales Administrator.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

- Ensure efficient processing of new and used vehicle orders.
- Provide excellent support and administrative service to the Sales Department.
- Arranging delivery and keeping the customer informed of the timescales during the process to manage customer expectations. This will be a major part of the role.
- Communicating with our transport department and providing updates to customers.
- Updating customer records on our computer-based systems.
- Handling phone calls/emails from customers.
- Receiving customer's insurance documentation & arranging vehicle taxation.
- Acting as second line inbound telephone response.
- Undertaking general office duties, filing and administration.
- Assisting the sales team with general duties.
- Efficiently deal with customer requests and queries to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Registering vehicles using the DVLA on-line system RAV.
- Registering vehicles for manufacturers warranty using Salesforce and other manufacturer web based programs.

Sales Administrator hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some optional weekend overtime occasionally available.

Ideal Candidate

Computer literate, experienced user of CRM / DMS and Microsoft products with previous experience as a Sales Administrator.

Essential

This role requires a good level of communication, computer literacy and the ability to process information quickly and accurately. Strong attention to detail is also essential.
Flexibility.

Desirable

Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced sales or transport office environment would be an advantage, or automotive sector administration at a busy car or motorcycle dealership.
