Motorcycle Showroom Assistant

Role Overview:
As a Showroom Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showrooms. Your role will involve assisting our sales personnel, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment in the showroom.

Responsibilities:
• Meet and Greet: Welcome all customers upon arrival and ensure they feel valued and attended to.
• Assist Sales Personnel: Support the sales team during peak times by offering assistance to customers, including providing refreshments and guiding them around the showroom until a salesperson is available.
• Maintain Showroom Appearance: Ensure the showroom is consistently presented in an inviting and tidy manner to enhance the customer experience.
• Appointment Booking: Schedule appointments and make pre-calls to confirm appointments, ensuring efficient customer engagement.
• Handle Customer Enquiries: Take down enquiries from customers and provide assistance with their questions, offering product information based on their needs and preferences.

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for motorcycles preferred.
• Flexibility in working hours, with the ability to accommodate variations to suit personal commitments.
• Prior experience in customer service or retail environments is advantageous but not essential.
