BMW Motorcycle Technician

An opportunity has arisen for a Motorcycle Technician to join our highly experienced team at BMW Motorrad Welwyn Garden City.

Previous experience as a Motorcycle Technician is not essential to this role, however you will need to possess an NVQ 3 in car/motorcycle maintenance. This is an ideal role for someone wishing to develop their career and benefit from full manufacturer technician training.

Our working week is 39 hours; working Tuesday to Saturday with a salary of OTE £28,000 - £30,400, dependant on experience. There is the opportunity to do overtime depending upon demand.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Direct Interaction with our Customers.
- Servicing and Repairs on BMW Motorcycles.
- Understand and Adhere to Manufacturer Guidelines.
- Carry out Vehicle Health Checks.
- Be Conversant with Manufacturer Online Systems and Special Tools.
- Provide Detailed Written Diagnostics on Job Cards.
- Fully log Warranty work on Job Cards.
- Carry out and present to video Digital Health Checks.
- Achieve Maximum Personal Efficiency.
- Achieve Daily Sold Hours Target.

Essential

The successful candidate will:

- Hold a Full A Category Motorcycle Licence.
- Have previous experience as a Technician, ideally Motorcycle.
- Possess a First-Class can-do Attitude.
- Be a Team player.
