Motorcycle Sales Associate

We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join our busy team selling the premium Triumph motorcycle brand from our newly refurbished facility in Woburn.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

- To manage and develop all new and used motorcycle sales enquiries.
- To maximise the sale and profitability of all new and used motorcycle sales using every tool at your disposal.
- To ensure that all key performance indicators and target objectives are met.
- To maximise the sale of finance and insurance products together with clothing & accessories as part of the sale process.
- To maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Using established follow up & prospecting systems, maximise customer loyalty and retention.
- To assist management in maintaining and developing showroom policy and procedures.
- Operating a Sales contact system and dealer management system.
- Following up leads from phone/email/walk in guests.

Ideal Candidate

Experience in either the motorcycle or automotive industry would be ideal but not essential.
If you have an interest in motorcycles with transferable skills from another industry we would like to talk to you. Maybe you work in retail or another customer service industry. If so please get in touch.

Essential

It is essential that the successful candidate is an enthusiastic and flexible team member possessing a can do attitude. It is important you can demonstrate a willingness to improve and learn.
You must be within a 20 minute commute to our dealership in Woburn.
