Cradley Kawasaki, party of Wheels Motorcycles, is one of the UK's most successful premium Kawasaki motorcycle dealership businesses.

Due to our continued success and expansion, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our successful team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to become a leader in one of the most successful motorcycle businesses in the UK. We are looking for a strong leader to support the superb team we have at Cradley Kawasaki, who will continue to deliver and grow the success of the business.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

- To manage the Sales Team to develop all new and used motorcycle sales enquiries.
- To maximise the sale and profitability of all motorcycle sales using every tool at your disposal.
- To ensure that all key performance indicators and target objectives are met.
- To maximise the sale of all clothing and accessory products by the Sales Team, as part of the sale process.
- Manage the follow up & prospecting procedures in place, to maximise sales conversions, customer loyalty and retention.
- To assist management in maintaining and developing showroom policy and procedures.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop a positive and high performing motorcycle Sales Team, leading by example and motivating them to achieve a consistent strong performance.
- Lead, coach and develop the Team, achieving business KPI’s whilst maximising opportunities to sustain a profitable performance
- Support and manage the Team to deliver an exceptional customer service, ensuring it is easy to do business with us at all times, meeting the customers expectations in meeting quality and service standards.
- Comply with Health & Safety, legal requirements, standards and disciplines inline with our policy and Brand expectations.
- Lead in line with the Company vision, ensuring accountability and progression.
- Provide reports and statistics to the General Manager.
- Adhere to all manufacturer targets and franchise standards to ensure any related bonus are achieved and audits successfully passed.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years sales management experience from either the motorcycle / automotive / retail industries.
It is essential that candidates should possess a can do attitude and a willingness to improve and learn. You must be target driven and the sort of person who thrives on a challenge.
You should already have experience of managing a team working within a defined retail sales process environment. Above all else an unhealthy obsession and passion for motorcycles is a must


Full motorcycle license.
Sales team management experience.
A positive "Can do" attitude.


Motorcycle sales experience.
Experience of Contact Online, or similar CRM.
