We're now looking for a Workshop Reception Administrator to join our successful and friendly team.

Key objectives of the role:

- Establish and maintain a seamless working relationship with the various departments to optimise workshop operations.
- Uphold the consistent delivery of a high level of customer service within the workshop department as per franchise requirements.
- Ensure that all scheduled work is carried out with efficiency and completed within the specified timeframes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Address customer enquiries, which includes responding to incoming calls and emails at the workshop reception and assisting in-store customers.
- Collaborate with the training department to arrange and manage bike maintenance.
- Schedule customer bikes for appointments and coordinate the work schedules of mechanics.
- Ensure that the necessary spare parts are either procured or ordered for the bikes scheduled for service in the workshop calendar.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to coordinate first servicing appointments for newly sold bikes.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to facilitate maintenance services for bikes displayed in the showroom.
- Establish communication with the parts department to guarantee timely procurement and ordering of required spare parts for customer bikes.

Ideal Candidate

The preferred candidate should possess a proven history of success as a Service Advisor in either the motorcycle or automotive sectors, coupled with a strong technical knowledge of motorcycles.

Essential

Essential requirements include a genuine passion for motorcycles and a demonstrated ability to achieve results. A positive and proactive attitude, paired with a willingness to learn, is crucial.
Effective communication skills with previous customer service experience.
