Trainee BMW Aftersales Advisor

Due to our continued success and the growth of our business, Sycamore BMW Motorrad Witham are looking for a Trainee Aftersales Advisor to join our team.

The role of Trainee Aftersales Advisor plays a pivotal part in our dealership and is critical to the business in achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction and retention levels.

Main duties included in this role:

- Dealing with all customers in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
- Liaising and advising on technical queries or issues, including parts & accessory enquires.
- You will be the customer's main point of contact whilst their motorcycle is being serviced or repaired, ensuring they are always kept updated and informed of the progress of their service or repair.

Industry-leading job role training and professional development will be provided at site level. The successful applicant will start with basic duties and will progress to all duties and will follow a structured development plan.

The ideal candidate will have an adequate level of education including Maths and English and be Passionate & Energetic, Approachable and Honest, Strong Communicator, with the ability to deliver great customer service.
