Established in the late 1980s, Fins Motorcycles Ltd is a trusted Suzuki main dealer and premium used motorcycle specialist in Redhill. We operate a large showroom alongside a highly modern, fully equipped workshop and MOT testing station. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a skilled, passionate Motorcycle Technician to join our close-knit team.
Core Job Requirements
Broad Mechanical Expertise: You must have proven, hands-on experience working on a wide range of motorcycles and scooters. This includes routine servicing, advanced electrical fault-finding, and complex mechanical repair work.Diagnostic Skills: Prior experience using modern electronic diagnostic equipment is a distinct advantage. However, full training will be provided to the right candidate to bring you up to speed with our latest technology.
Clear Communication: You must be able to communicate clearly and confidently. You need the ability to break down technical jargon and provide technical explanations in a way that can be easily understood by both customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities: Perform high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs across various motorcycle brands.Conduct MOT tests (if qualified) in line with DVSA regulations.Explain mechanical issues and repair requirements simply and clearly to non-technical people.Utilise modern workshop diagnostic tools, adapting quickly to new systems through provided training.
