Following a company re-structure we have an exciting new opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, forward thinking, family run business. The successful applicant will become a key member of a strong, close knit and dedicated team working in an ever changing, fast paced industry. Quadzilla Ltd is a market leading company established in 2001 based in Horncastle, wholesaling both 4 and 2 wheel vehicles in a variety of sectors to a dealer network throughout the UK and Ireland.

The roll is field based with your everyday duties being to visit a variety of dealers across the UK and Ireland, establish relationships, identify sales opportunities and generate increased wholesale push and retail pull.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

Increasing wholesale 2 wheel sales to both new and existing dealers
Managing the existing dealer network across the UK and Ireland
Assessing, identifying and implementing new business opportunities
Improving brand identity and awareness through marketing strategies
Reporting using a CRM to the National sales manager
Managing your own diary and creating appropriate appointments
Identifying key marketing opportunities and planning relevant exhibitions
Update MCIA data as required
Ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a previous track record of area management, with a background in vehicle sales and financing. They will also be a confident lone worker, comfortable with nights away and a level of autonomy to manage your own diary. A background / awareness / keen interest in motorcycles.

Essential

The successful client will:

Hold a full UK driving licence, inc trailer entitlement
Have previous experience in area management
Be confident with cold calling
Posses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Be presentable and represent the company in a professional manner
Be personable and build strong and healthy relationships with existing and new dealers
Be efficient in managing a dealer in terms of wholesale push, systems, accessories and parts
Be comfortable with autonomy, whilst having the flexibility to prioritize immediate requirements
