Motorcycle Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated Motorcycle Sales Executive to join our established and successful team at our official Harley-Davidson dealership in Southampton.

This role will ideally suit someone with proven retail sales experience who is looking to establish or further a career in the motorcycle industry as a Sales Executive. You must be well-presented and professional in order to be considered for this position.

In conjunction with motorcycle sales, the main duties include assisting customers with the purchase of new and used motorcycles, a disciplined and continued prospecting regime, meeting and greeting customers, qualifying customer needs, presenting finance proposals, closing deals and carrying out a quality delivery service.

You should be keen and reliable as well as possessing excellent communication skills and a polite outgoing personality. Standard customer service is not enough, with us you will need to genuinely want to take ownership of our customers' needs, wants and desires, you'll want to get fully involved with dealership events and rides.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate must be computer literate, possess a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
Previous sales experience within the motorcycle / automotive environment is not necessary but would be advantageous.

Essential

Above all else an unhealthy obsession and passion for motorcycles and preferably the Harley-Davidson brand is a must together with the ability to work within a defined sales process as part of a close knit team.

An excellent salary package will be awarded to the successful candidate with realistic on target earnings of £35,000+ per annum.
