Woking Yamaha is a successful family run Motorcycle dealership that has operated for more than 60 years and is Surrey's No.1 Premier Yamaha Dealer. We are recruiting for a Motorcycle Workshop & Aftersales Manager at our Yamaha Dealership based in Woking. The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth and effective operation of the Workshop and Aftersales departments, delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction across both departments.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing the workshop, parts and accessories for a busy Yamaha Dealership.
- Customer liaison with focus on complete customer satisfaction.
- Managing 3 Technicians and a part-time assistant.
- Liaising with the sales department to manage workload across sales and workshop.
Ideal Candidate
Experienced Workshop and/or Aftersales Manager although we will consider a candidate with less experience to train.
Essential
Car and motorcycle license.
Previous experience in a similar work environment.
Flexible and can do attitude for working in a fun and busy dealership
Desirable
Experience at a Yamaha (or Japanese) dealership.
Good technical knowledge of motorcycles.
