Motorcycle Trials Riding Instructor

Inch Perfect Trials is the UK's ultimate trials destination set in the heart of the Ribble Valley. With over 100 acres of fantastic trialing land and a purpose built Trials Park, we are looking to recruit a number of motorcycle trials instructors to join our team! The ideal candidate will be outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills.

This role will include getting the hire bikes ready in a morning, showing clients where the changing rooms are and helping kit them up with boots and helmets. You will be leading a small group of riders throughout the day, teaching them how to ride motorcycle trials bikes. After the session has ended, you would need to wash the bikes and make sure they are ready for the next session.

We are looking for both full time and part time instructors. Full time would be 5 days out of 7 and include either a Saturday or Sunday. Part time would be fairly flexible and suit someone who is self employed. Days available would range from 2 a month, to 12 a month depending on requirements and candidate availability. Typical days are Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

You will need your own motorcycle trials bike as well as own transport due to our remote location. A keen interest in trials biking is a must.

Part time: 9 hours a day
Full time: 45 hours per week

Salary to be discussed, dependant on experience and days worked.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be outgoing with great communication skills and a natural ability to take charge and instruct a group as necessary.

Interest and experience of trials riding is advantageous but not essential. We would consider riders from other disciplines such as enduro and motocross.
