Motorcycle Sales Manager

We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our industry leading Honda Motorcycle sales management team, selling both new and used motorcycles.

To be successful in this position you must have the drive and passion to motivate and inspire your colleagues, be adaptable, capable and willing to carry out all roles and responsibilities within the sales department.

Key responsibilities;

Achieve targets, both brand unit targets and internal budgets
Support the sales team, second face and negotiate with customers
Achieve sector leading CSI results
Manage new and used stock levels and used bike purchasing as required
Market and actively sell motorcycles to maximise sales and ensure all targets and KPI’s are achieved
Management and motivation of the sales department staff
Liaise with other departments and ensure that their requirements are met by the sales department. Particularly, to promote the sale of accessories and service packages
Control purchasing, invoicing, cash and cheques received and ensure that Quality Records and Controlled Documents are maintained securely
Provide and monitor performance figures, statistics and plans
