CCM Motorcycles has developed a unique, industry leading service to it’s customers over the last few years and has an unrivalled aftercare reputation. We require professional technicians who will take pride in contributing to further CCM’s reputation in providing the leading customer support program in the UK motorcycle industry.
Our customers enjoy the benefit of our expert Mobile Technicians visiting their homes in fully fitted mobile workshops (that will be provided for the successful candidates) in the form of their own personal VW crafter or equivalent, fully equipped to service and maintain our customers motorcycles at their homes.
Role Responsibilities:
In this role, you will deliver our factory service maintenance schedules, provide our customers with bespoke bike set-up support, update our models with factory product improvements and inform the future product development process with valuable factory feedback.
Experience Required:
- Proven Motorcycle (or Automotive with active interest in motorcycles) Service Technician.
- Mobile & Roadside Repair Vehicle Technicians are encouraged to apply.
- Independent working; experience of managing own workload and arranging bookings/parts required to complete service requirements.
This isn't a typical 9 to 5 job. It will require commitment and there will be the occasional times when longer hours are required. However, these working patterns will also provide you with the flexibility to manage your own diary and daily finish times.

You are able to manage the service parts / accessories stock on your vehicle.
You are able to look after your vehicle and always present the vehicle and yourself in a clean and professional manner, taking pride in your appearance and professionalism at all times.
Essential
Full driving and motorcycle license.
Proven motorcycle/vehicle mechanic experience.
Excellent people skills.
