Our busy Sales Administration Department is looking for a customer focused administrator who thrives under pressure in a fast paced environment with a good understanding of automotive parts and experience with order process systems.

Based at our head office in Woking, Surrey and reporting to the Senior Purchasing Sales & Logistics Coordinator you will mainly be dealing with Parts & Accessory sales processes but there is also a requirement to assist with similar duties in relation to our unit sales area of the business.

The successful candidate will be required to answer incoming email and phone order enquiries from our established dealer network, maximising the sales opportunities from these business partnerships and ensuring that the end customer receives the highest level of service in line with our company values. These initial communications primarily involve identifying parts for various Yamaha Motor product, stock checking, order receiving and processing as well as providing access and clarification of processes for our bespoke online systems including but not limited to parts and accessories warranty and returns.
You will be expected to deal with a variety of customers and adapt accordingly to their individual requirements and expectations from our company. These varied relationships are formed from commercial agreements to end customer enquiries generated from e-commerce purchases.

This role will also need to work closely with our logistics partners and our colleagues in the Netherlands to ensure a smooth transition of all our products from our European warehouses to the Yamaha franchised dealer locations all over the UK.

This is an office based position and you should be within commuting distance of our HQ and have a full UK driving licence.
