As Motorcycle Service and Parts Advisor, you will be targeted to achieve daily individual sales and profit targets through the effective use of resources and to pro-actively maintain and develop the branch sales and profitability by value added selling and enhancing customer relationships.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager your duties will include:
Build long-term relationships with local customers
Exceed daily financial targets
Booking in service customers, invoicing and taking payment
Maintain an efficient diary to monitor technician’s workload
Ordering, booking out parts and accessories, invoicing and taking payment
To receive and identify goods deliveries, check for accuracy of delivery and store all stock appropriately
Inbound calls and emails, taking bookings over the telephone
Make outbound calls and send emails to raise customer awareness and achieve sales
Actively promote offers, discounts and customer benefits
Liaise with customers with updates on progress
Liaising with the workshop, motorcycle sales, service advisors and customers
Become an essential, trusted part of your customers business


Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am – 5.30pm and Saturday’s on a rota basis
Job Type: Full-time

Current opening hours: Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 5.30pm

It is essential that candidates possess a can do attitude and a willingness to improve and learn. You must be target driven and the sort of person who has an outstanding record of sales achievements.

A passion for all things two wheels is a must.
