Motorcycle Technician

Having recently taken on the Kawasaki franchise for the Leicestershire area, Wheels Leicester is looking to expand its Aftersales team.

We require a current factory trained Motorcycle Technician to join our team.

We are looking for someone who will bring their passion and enthusiasm for motorcycles and delivering the very best level of customer service to their work. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a very successful well established business, working with a successful premium motorcycle brand.

You will be fully competent in the servicing and repairing of motorcycles to the highest of standards. You will also possess the discipline to ensure the highest standards every time together with the ability to put the customer central to your approach to your work and be comfortable with servicing and repairing motorcycles according to manufacturer standards.

From time to time you may also be required to talk to customers and as such you must be able to communicate clearly and provide technical explanations in a way that can be easily understood.

Ideal Candidate

The Ideal candidate will have experience in the motorcycle industry both in customer facing and technical areas.

Essential

- Full Motorcycle Licence
- Recent manufacturer training
- Ability to talk to customers face to face and over the telephone
- Positive, ‘Get Stuck in’ attitude
- Sound work ethic

Desirable

Previous technical experience of Kawasaki whilst not essential would certainly be an advantage.
