Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

• Providing the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the manufacturer and the company. Must be outgoing and comfortable with engaging with our customers.
• Ensuring every customer's expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience. This includes lead up to the sale, during the sale and post sale.
• Processing every lead in the same way to ensure compliance and achievement of results to meet any brand mystery shopping requirements.
• Working to personal bike sales objectives, profit targets and activity levels.
• Achieving key performance standards as set by Jardine Motors and the brand.
• FCA Regulated role.
• Able to process paperwork to set guidelines and manage workload to ensure all deal files are handed in within a set timescale post sale.
• Must be self motivated and can plan workload daily/weekly/monthly.
• Must be able to manage a diary.
• Must hold a full motorcycle license and have a genuine interest in Harley Davidson.

Working on a rota basis covering hours of Mon-Fri 8.30-6pm, Sat 9am-5pm and Sunday 10-4pm.
Rotation of 5/6 days every other week. 42.5 hours per week

Essential

• Have an outstanding record of sales achievement, ideally within the motor industry.
• Be able to work with defined processes and guidelines.
• Have an understanding of database management.
