You will carry out the initial assessment on all bikes that are received by 4th Dimension, deciding whether they have the potential to repair within budget; or are beyond economical repair. Your decisions will affect the whole of our client’s claim journey, so accuracy is very important. We are currently expanding the department and are in the process of introducing some exciting & innovative new processes; we need someone with the passion and drive to take us into the future. A confident and polite phone manner is essential as you will be regularly contacting our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- To visually inspect all inbound motorcycles.
- Call clients for various reasons, including ascertaining related damage, confirming incident circumstances, selling our repair services, advising client what to expect throughout claim journey.
- Compile basic estimates using EPC’s to gain a better understanding of repair likelihood.
- Carry out theft investigations for our internal theft and validation team.
- Compiling and sending reports to internal engineering department & insurance companies.
- Carrying out motorcycle condition reports where applicable.
- Accurately establishing pre-incident values on some total loss vehicles.

Ideal Candidate

- A strong knowledge of motorcycles.
- Polite, confident and professional telephone manner.
- A team player.
- Computer and IT literate.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Able to organise and prioritise own workload with minimal supervision
- Excellent administration skills
- A problem solver with the ability to assume responsibility and act on own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills (written, face to face and on the telephone).
- Reliable, conscientious and dedicated.
- Previous experience working within the motorcycle industry is preferable.
