Founded in 2001, Motogear Ltd are the sole UK & EIRE distributor for the Italy based Nolan Group, who have over 46 years experience in manufacturing premium motorcycle helmets.

The group has come on since then, adding X-lite and Grex, as well as their range of communication systems N-Com.

Furthering Motogear's portfolio of brands is France based Ixon, with their extensive collection of quality clothing coming back into the UK in a big way. Accompanying these are Gaerne high quality, Italian manufactured footwear.

Motogear are seeking a professional and self-motivated Area Sales Manager to cover the Northern Area, this is an exciting position within our expanding company - to work with key retailers to develop our market leading portfolio consisting of premier helmet brands Nolan and X-lite, as well as the rapidly expanding Ixon clothing brand.

The Role Covers:
• Support, maintain and develop our existing customer base
• Managing the sales performance of our customers and achieving all targets and commercial objectives
• Representing all brands within the company’s portfolio
• Identify new sales opportunities with potential customers
• Attend exhibitions and trade shows, as required
• Maintain accurate sales activity records for each customer
• Effective communications with all departments within the Company

Ideal Candidate

• Self-motivated, possess excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
• Always maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Willing to work flexibly in order to ensure target achievement and commercial growth of the area
• Possess a strong positive attitude
• Must have a full UK driving licence

Essential

You must be willing to work flexibly in order to ensure target achievement and commercial growth in the area.

Desirable

Whilst previous industry and sales experience would certainly be an advantage - it is not essential.
