Provide the Sales and Marketing Department administrative support with (but not limited to) market data acquisition, the distribution of regular reports and maintain KMUK product order file.

Maintain and populate Sales Plan Data drive with regular reports downloaded from MCIA, AEA, along with updates to Business planning documents and other files.

Regularly update product ordering system in line with updates of consolidated Business plans Maintain RBM Dealer Support budget sheets.

Maintain dealer bonus data for registration, wholesale and dealer standard reports for Kawasaki Hub, As400/Power 7.

Maintain Kawasaki CAP code files up to date with all new model data and amendments.

Maintain MIS territory code file.

Provide wholesale data to AEA and to ABI for Insurance Group Rating.

Data provision and support for Business Operations Manager providing a regular and timely feed of data received from various sources to enable BOM to analyze market data in depth and formulate a strategic approach to markets KMUK work within.

Maintain all systems relative to those detailed above to ensure KMUK have the available information to formulate strategic sales and marketing activities.

Ensure Product Order files and Dispatch plan is regularly updated reflecting current business performance against plan.

Ideal Candidate

Proven administrative skills and organizational abilities.

A good level of competence on Excel Software along with a good understanding of other relevant IT and business related tools, Microsoft Office suite, Power 7/As400. Understanding of other reporting tools an advantage – e.g Qlick, MIS etc. Excellent communication skills.

An Understanding of the Motorcycle and Utility markets an advantage but not essential within the role.

Benefits

This is a part time role approx 25hrs per week - it can be split over 3, 4 or 5 days but would always include Mondays.
