Motorcycle Technician

Motorcycle Technician required for Yamaha Motorcycle Main Franchised Dealership in Bedlington, Northumberland.

We are a Yamaha Premier Main Motorcycle Dealer that requires a Motorcycle Technician to join our team in our long established and successful family business.
The applicant should have skills in all aspects of motorcycle repairs and servicing including diagnostics.
The applicant should be self-motivated and should be able to work with a degree of flexibility according to the needs of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test Motorcycles and diagnose faults.
- Carry out Electronic Motorcycles Health Checks in line with Franchised Standards.
- Carry out servicing on most makes of Motorcycles in a safe manner.
- Maintain good customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adhere to relevant health and safety procedures.
- Participate in general development through attendance at training sessions either off site or online within the business premises.

Ideal Candidate

Any applicants must be able to work with motorcycles and able to carry out all the above without any issues.

Essential

The applicant should have skills in all aspects of Motorcycle repairs and servicing including, but not limited to, diagnostics and electronics. The applicant should be self-motivated and should be able to work with a degree of flexibility according to the needs of your team.
A full current motorcycle licence is required.

Desirable

A MOT testing licence would be a benefit but is not essential.
