E-Commerce Sales Administrator

Inbound telesales and e-sales advisor required for an industry leading motorcycle accessory company based in Newcastle under Lyme Staffordshire with offices in the USA, Australia, Japan and China.

The role involves processing telephone, email and web and other e-commerce enquiries and orders efficiently and effectively using the company’s web based DMS and other system tools. Key to the role is professional and effective communication with trade and retail customers.

Ideal Candidate

You must be flexible in your approach, reliable and punctual.
Team player as well as self-motivated and driven to deliver outstanding levels of excellent customer service. Ideally from a motorcycle/automotive and/or technical background.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in either the motorcycle or automotive industries in a similar position.
Extremely customer focussed with the ethos of delivering the best possible customer experience.

Essential

IT literate, competent with industry standard packages especially word processing, email and excel. Competent with ecommerce sales mediums such as eBay and Amazon as well as competent with social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
It is essential that candidates should possess a can do attitude and a willingness to improve and learn. You must be target driven and the sort of person who has an outstanding record of sales achievement and excellent customer service.

Desirable

A good working knowledge of a European language would be advantageous but is not essential.

Benefits

After a 12 week probation period, the successful candidate can expect 21 days annual holidays and OTE in the region of £25,000 pa.
Working hours are 09:00-18:00 or 08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday, although there is some flexibility with times.
A generous commission structure is payable on all sales of Delkevic Exhausts and Products.
