Motorcycle Service and Parts Co-Ordinator

We have a rare opportunity for the right person to join our team. This is an exciting position as the role is varied and provides an opportunity to be involved in many areas of the business.

We are looking for an experienced Service and Parts Advisor with previous experience within the motorcycle environment.

Working in a team environment you will be responsible for providing a service to customers who want to book their motorcycles in for service or repair work. You will be required to liaise with the workshop to understand work in progress, keeping customers informed and where necessary requesting authorisation for additional work.

You will also assist customers with parts enquiries by understanding their requirements and ordering parts and accessories. You will also be responsible for customer queries, ensuring you resolve them to the customer’s satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have to be personable, highly motivated and be able to achieve consistently high levels of customer service and sales.

Essential

Previous experience in the Automotive trade and a knowledge of motorcycles is essential for this role.

Desirable

Experience in the Motorcycle Trade

In depth knowledge of the Ducati and Kawasaki brands
