We are a independent business based in Cheltenham since 2014 selling motorcycle clothing, helmets, accessories and non-motorcycle lifestyle clothing, with a website that has grown from strength to strength since its launch in 2023.

As a Brand Experience Team Member, you’ll be one of the friendly faces of The Biker Company, welcoming customers, helping them find the right gear, and keeping the shop looking sharp on a day-to-day basis. We’re after someone who wants to get involved.
You’ll have a voice in how we do things, from choosing new product ranges and planning promotions, to shaping in-store events and social media content creation. We want your input, your ideas and your energy. Your voice will be heard.

We are proud to be known for our exceptionally large range of female motorcycle clothing.
A keen interest and or experience in social media would be an advantage. If you know your way around trends, can spot what makes good content, and enjoy jumping in with creative ideas, you’ll fit right in. We’d love someone who can help shape our digital voice as confidently as they chat with customers on the shop floor.
We are growing fast, and we want someone who’s ready to grow with us.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for the person who is:
• Willing to do whatever is required to run the store day to day as part of our team. an individual that approaches their job, with integrity, responsibility, discipline, and dedication.
• Approachable personality, confident talking to customers and enjoys helping them find the right product, fit, style and price.
• An eye for style, presentation and detail, because we sell products that look as good as they perform, in a store that looks as good as the products we sell.
• A genuine interest on social media, trends and content ideas, someone who would enjoy contributing to our digital voice as well as our in-store experience

Essential

An eye for style is a must. We don’t just sell motorcycle clothing, we sell a lifestyle, products that look good, perform brilliantly, and express your style.

Desirable

• Experience working in women’s clothing retail would be an advantage.
• An interest in motorcycles is helpful, but personality and attitude matter far more.
